It’s Sonic Eye’s Fifth Birthday! After a tumultuous fourth year, Sonic Eye hit our stride again in 2019. Here’s what we’ve been up to this year.

We’re Five Today! Celebrating our fifth anniversary since Sonic Eye’s launch on October 3, 2014.

Over the past year, Thalia has continued to work in television, achieving her second screen credit for the US show Off The Grid and On The Beach, which aired eight episodes on the Discovery Channel.

Meantime Sonic Eye found our feet again, juggling this with our workload continuing to make quality videos from your travel videos, as well as for local small businesses.

This year, our focus shifted slightly. While we’ve continued to deliver editing for your travel videos and action sports footage, we’ve had a lot of community and not-for-profit business this year.

We’ve edited videos for the Little Legs Foundation, who raise funds and awareness of brain cancer, and the Poche Centre for Indigenous Health at Sydney University, who are committed to closing the gap in indignenous health and creating pathways for careers and leadership for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in the health sector.

We offer discounted video editing rates for community and not-for-profit organisations, and we’re very proud of the work we’ve done for these institutions.

As well as this, we’ve edited footage for birthdays, a video for an MBA course participant, and our highlight for this year, a fabulous video of holiday footage from Hong Kong and Taipei. Luckily our client’s visit was just prior to the start of the 2019 protests, showing Hong Kong in it’s best light.
